Aviarios del Caribe is a Model Comprehensive Center that works on the investigation, protection and rehabilitation of sloths. On this interactive tour you’ll be able to observe rescued sloths and learn all about their physiology, behaviour, habitat, and the dangers they face in the wild. The tour includes a boat ride in which you can enjoy the tropical vegetation on the Estrella River for 45 minutes, observing the richness and exuberance of the Caribbean rainforest. Then, in a 20-minute walk you will be able to see sloths in their natural environment, birds, butterflies, monkeys and other species. Finally, you can visit the craft store that has countless sloth souvenirs.
