The magnificent Poás Volcano is one of the most visited National Parks in Costa Rica, not only because of its impressive landscape but because of its proximity to San José and the Central Valley regions. On the way to the Volcano, the expedition will visit the Doka Coffee Plantation where breakfast is served before a guided tour of the facilities where current and ancient techniques of Costa Rica´s “golden grain” processing are explained and demonstrated.
