The Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is the largest of these protected areas, here you can find more than 500 species of orchids, huge trees and many more species of the misty Cloud Forest. The Monteverde cloud forest is home to more than 130 species of mammals, 400 species of birds, including the Quetzal, 30 species of hummingbirds, among others. A guide will accompany you to provide information and help you locate the different species in the forest.
