The city of Panama offers different activities, from the modern part to the old part of the city. You can visit the ruins of Panama Viejo, declared world heritage of humanity by the UNESCO, the famous Canal de Panama and the gates which are a must if you are visiting the city

Day 2
City Tour & Canal Sight-Seeing
This full day tour in the city and the visit to the canal is a good opportunity to learn about this incredible city and all the history behind it.
You will be able to see the best of Panama City from the sea level to the top of a hill in the Canal and the islands. You will also visit the visitors center in Miraflores, where you can also visit the museum to observe the incredible process of crossing ships and boats through the canal.
To know the city you will walk through the old historical part of Casco Viejo, which has been declared humanity’s world heritage by the UNESCO. You will see many of the reference points in this city.

Bocas del Toro
Bocas del Toro in Panama is formed by six main islands: Colon, Popa, Bastimentos, Cristobal, Cayo Agua and Cayo Carenero; among many other smaller islands. In Isla Colon is located Bocas del Toro, where most of the activity is concentrated in a small Caribbean influenced area.
Here it is possible to learn about coral reefs while enjoying the clean bright water. This is perfect for the practice of scuba diving, snorkeling and boat tours to watch dolphins.

San Blas
You will take a local flight to the indigenous province of Guna Yala, to the northeast where the islands are located. This is a group of more than 365 islands all together. Here you can enjoy the white sand beaches and crystalline water. Perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving or to just enjoy the sun.

Anton Valley Tour
Located in the continental division, the Anton Valley is a great full day experience to watch the biodiversity. The valley is located inside an old extinct Volcano cráter which provides a fresh soothing weather. With amazing rock formations and hot springs this is a place for relaxing and enjoying the nature while learning about the natural history of the area.
This is a place to enjoy watching birds, breathing fresh air in the lush tropical forests. Along with the beautiful Macho waterfall where you can swim and refresh.
