The Pozo Azul Combo Adventure Tour will allow you to choose two experiences among a whole set of adventures in their rainforests or the canyon.
Hacienda Pozo Azul is a column of the flourishing area of the Sarapiqui River. Formerly a horses and cattle ranch, this family company has been in the region for decades, consistently committed to improving the quality of life of the Sarapiqui county people with sustainable adventure and nature tours.
Nowadays, they still own the farm, and it is still a working business. However, the focus of Pozo Azul is the sustainable travel industry.
This day, and as you arrive in Pozo Azul, you will choose among the most popular adventures of the hacienda.
As all the activities are adventures, you will receive a safety briefing, fruit, and the presence of specialized tour guides.
You may choose among the following:
Horseback riding: You will ride around the farm areas, crossing rivers, and riding on pasture and rainforest areas as well as up the hill to watch from an advantageous point of view the region of the Sarapiqui River and the Northern Plains.
Ziplining: 9 super safe cables through the rainforest. All platforms have rails, and you will be ziplining across the treetops with a double cable system for extra safety.
Rappelling: Descent with ropes on a 30 meters wall over the Sarapiqui River. All done if maximum safety and with two professional guides escorting you at all times.
Once you finish your chosen activities, you will have lunch at a beautiful and delicious restaurant at the edge of the Sarapiqui River.
